It lets you create, preflight, and publish printed books, brochures, digital magazines, iPad apps, eBooks, and interactive online documents. Being part of Creative Cloud, you can store all your colors, shapes, graphics, fonts from Adobe Typekit, and other creative assets in the Cloud and access them on other devices.
2017 version comes with new features such as footnotes that span columns, enhancements to OpenType text, in-context support for Ordinals and Ligatures, etc. It also provides more options for the customization of user interface.
